TC Electronic G Systems

As compared to the old guitar systems, TC G system has been extremely useful and has many advantages over the regular guitar systems. The TC electronic G system is a multi-effects processor and is a floor-based system which provides the flexibility to use the nine internal effects simultaneously. The configuration also includes four switchable mono loops and one additional loop which can be integrated with the player’s current equipment. The TC electronic G system has been designed for 9V DC outlets to provide the power to integrated pedals. There are various features included in this system which makes it of high performance and equipment which generated quality tunes and transparent sounds. These features are elaborated below;

Features of G system
This system has been rated as most beautiful and well designed system for guitar. The front end of this system consists of an anodized aluminum front and painted steel chassis that looks very elegant, modern and classy at the same time. The measurements of this unit are approximately 20.2 inches x 10.5 inches x 4.1 inches and the weight is 17.2lbs. The main parts of TC electronic G system consist of a Control Board and GFX01. The control board is a board lying on the floor that includes two stereo jack connectors for expression pedals and RJ45 cable for connecting to GFX01. GFX01 is a rack unit which houses signal processing unit, the power supply and connectors for loops. The default set up for this system has GFX01 located underneath the control board which makes the whole system all-in-one floor processor. However, the control board can easily be detached from the GFX01 and can be placed in the rack depending upon how user wants to use it.

The processor’s connectors are placed on the rear panel of the GFX01. An input connector is used to provide the instruments inputs. There are four pairs of connectors which provide the access to loops 1 to 4 and they are used for sending the constant inputs to the instrument. There is an option to connect to a return jack which breaks the loop. This set up allows a lead signal to the feeding multiple destinations. There are four external pedals connectors which give 9V DC power and have the capacity to bear the load of 200mA. Also, the system has been integrated with two expression pedal connectors which can be used to control the G systems various parameters such as volume manually.

TC electronics has realized the need of the guitar player that the complete guitar system has to be much more than just a single box.
